Know what to expect

A little clarity goes a long way.

Straight answers about the planner, your account and the details to check with the parks.

What is the Prestige Orlando planner?

One place to plan your Florida holiday: explore 3D park maps, save a named trip with an itinerary for each day, and bring attractions, dining, transport and hotel breaks together. Choose from 13 parks and edit your plans as your holiday takes shape.

How do I get a trip pass?

Choose your trip length and park groups, then create and verify your email account. Set your arrival date and review the dates and one-off USD price before continuing to secure checkout. The account page shows current purchase availability; signup alone does not unlock planning access.

Can I choose just Disney, Universal or SeaWorld?

Yes—you can choose Disney, Universal, SeaWorld & Busch Gardens, any combination or all 13 parks for 3, 4, 7, 14 or 21 consecutive days. Disney includes its two water parks; Universal includes Epic Universe and Volcano Bay; the SeaWorld group includes Aquatica and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.

Will the new options change my existing pass?

No. Existing all-parks passes keep their original access to all 13 parks for their purchased dates. Selecting another combination does not change your account, saved trips or pass.

Are prices per person or per trip?

The displayed USD prices are one-off charges per Prestige trip pass, not per traveller, with no automatic renewal. They cover planning software only; park tickets, reservations and other holiday costs are separate.

When does planning access start and end?

Once your trip pass is confirmed, planning access begins immediately. You can create itineraries only within the trip dates you purchased. Access lasts through the full day following departure in Orlando time; that extra day does not add an itinerary date. Expiry does not automatically delete your saved records.

How do I sign in?

Customers sign up with their own email and password and verify their email. Use the sign-in page to resend a verification email or request a password reset. Never send anyone your password or a recovery link.

Can I plan several parks in the same holiday?

Yes. A named trip can contain a separate itinerary for each day, with parks chosen from the 13-park catalogue. You can also plan a park hop with an estimated travel allowance. Tickets, park-hopping eligibility and reservations remain your responsibility.

Will the map navigate me around the park?

The 3D maps are simplified planning aids, not surveyed maps, verified GPS routing or turn-by-turn navigation. Paths, entrances and travel estimates may differ from conditions on the day. Use official maps, signs and staff. We do not guarantee an accessible route.

Can I plan repeat rides or leave and re-enter a park?

The current planner does not support repeated visits to the same attraction or returning to an earlier park as a separate visit in the same day. It should not be used to infer re-entry permission. Check your ticket rules with the operator and allow separately for anything the itinerary cannot represent.

What happens to my dining reservations and must-dos?

The planner preserves fixed reservations and marked must-dos when suggesting changes. If protected items cannot fit, it flags a conflict rather than claiming the day works. Recording a reservation in Prestige does not make, change or cancel the real booking.

Are queue and transport times guaranteed?

No. Wait information is labelled live, estimated, stale or unavailable. Current waits are not forecasts for a future visit. Transport figures are planning allowances, not a live timetable, and depend on traffic, queues, eligibility and operator service.

Can I leave dining out of my day?

Yes. Choose No dining in Plan my visit to leave out suggested meals and reservation reminders, or choose Only dining I add. You can also remove dining stops when editing a day. These choices change the itinerary only; they do not cancel real bookings.

How do hotel breaks work?

Hotel breaks are optional: choose no break, or add your hotel and transport and include a midday return with travel both ways. Choose a break window, minimum and preferred rest duration, and whether that day should favour rest or attractions. Review which stops fit before applying an option.

Does it work offline or send phone alerts when closed?

Offline maps are not supported. A poor connection may prevent cloud saves or fresh wait information; check the save and data-status messages. Background phone notifications are not available. In-app information is not an emergency or safety alert service.

How do I reopen a trip on another device?

Sign in to the same verified account with planning access and open your saved trips. Wait for a successful save before switching devices. If a conflict appears, review the versions rather than assuming the latest tab won. Always sign out on a shared device.

Can I get help, export my information or delete my account?

Contact Prestige using the support link below or the email on our contact page. Send the request from your account email, with the type of request and any non-sensitive reference. We verify ownership before releasing or deleting account data. Do not send passwords, verification codes or identity documents in an initial enquiry.

Does Prestige book anything for me?

No. Park tickets, transport, hotels, dining and paid queue products must be booked separately through official channels or authorised sellers. Prestige is independent and is not affiliated with any park operator.
